Deriv MT5 has its own account number and server, shown in your dashboard. If you cannot log in, reset the password by email or check whether your session needs two-factor authentication.

How to log in to Deriv

  1. Open the Deriv client area (app.deriv.com) and select Log in.
  2. Enter your registered email and password, or continue with Google/Apple/Facebook single sign-on.
  3. Complete two-factor authentication if you have enabled it.
  4. For Deriv MT5, open the MT5 app and connect with the MT5 account number, password and server listed in your Trader's Hub.

Security & password reset

If you forget your password, reset it by email from the login page. Enable two-factor authentication in settings, and keep your Deriv client-area and MT5 passwords separate.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I log in to Deriv MT5?
MT5 uses separate credentials from the website: the MT5 account number, its own password and the server name listed in your Trader's Hub. Website credentials will not work in the MT5 terminal.
How do I reset my Deriv password?
